Cavalan as an Event-Location
Cavalan offers a unique setting for all kinds of events, whether private celebrations or corporate gatherings. From birthdays and weddings to business meetings, yoga retreats, and team-building events—every occasion becomes something truly special here.
Our event barn accommodates up to 50 guests, with ample space on our expansive 10,000m² property. Children can play in the hay, interact with animals, and enjoy the day while parents relax. For parties, the barn features a fire pit, bar, chill lounge, and modern lighting and sound equipment—plus, overnight accommodations are just a few steps away. If additional lodging is required, we can arrange nearby options within a 10-minute radius.
You can rent the entire ranch, including all buildings, or book just the barn exclusively. Catering, including beverages, can be customized by the Cavalan team to suit your needs.
Starting in June 2025, our newly renovated event space in the former stable will be available for you!
The converted stable offers a total of 120m², providing the perfect setting for private celebrations and corporate events, all tailored to your individual needs.
It is fully equipped for team events, featuring presentation areas, a smartboard, and dedicated spaces for brainstorming and coworking. We also offer customized team-building activities on-site.
With the adjoining professional kitchen, you can enjoy our exceptional catering options to complement your event.
During the season, we host regular Asado evenings (Argentinian BBQ) on Saturdays for our guests and external visitors. Enjoy traditional South American specialties, including premium meat and fine Argentinian wines.
On Friday evenings, we typically offer homemade wood-fired pizza and empanadas by the fire.
Dinner is served around the fire or in our rustic-chic event barn, surrounded by straw bales and candlelight. Experience the sunset on the ranch and immerse yourself in the authentic Argentinian lifestyle.
Asado Price: €75 (€60 for vegetarians, €35 for children) – includes drinks, sides, and dessert.
